Jamie Dorn-Lane and Noelle “Niki” Dorn are licensed Realtors® with national experience in purchasing, selling, and investing in homes and backgrounds in finance and community management. There’s no better feeling in the world!” she exclaims with that bubbly personality that each client adores.

As a retired CPA, Noelle “Niki” Dorn understands money. She knows about investments, she understands the tax benefits and liabilities, and she knows how to make that work to benefit her residential real estate clients too. After transitioning to real estate after a fruitful career in finance, Niki loves being more hands-on with people. It gives her a chance to connect with so many wonderful people and help them find what they’ve been searching for.
After relocating to the Knoxville area from Central Florida, to be closer to family herself, she has built a reputation of being savvy when it comes to negotiating the purchase and sale of homes throughout Tennessee. She and her daughter Jamie are a powerhouse team when it comes to local real estate, and as a family, they love working closely with other families to sell their home, find investment property, or purchase that beautiful forever home.

With over five years as part of the team, Jennifer ensures that the process from contract to closing goes as smoothly as possible. From the moment you sign your contract until you close on your home, Jennifer is there, checking all the boxes, verifying all the details, and holding it all together.
She’s the one who remains calm dealing with title companies and underwriters, home inspectors and construction teams, and stays on top of the other parties until closing is complete.
